Delete your NoCrumb account

You can delete your NoCrumb account and everything you posted, from the app or by email.

In the app

1. Open NoCrumb and go to the Settings tab.
2. Tap Delete all my data.
3. Read the message and tap Delete.
4. If you signed in with Apple, you will be asked to confirm with Apple so that NoCrumb's access can be revoked.

This deletes your account and also erases the data stored in the app on that phone. If you only want to delete the account and keep your data on the phone, go to Settings, then Account, then tap Delete my account.

Deleting in the app takes effect immediately.

By email, without the app

If you no longer have the app, email harishanbalagandev@gmail.com from the email address of your account, with the subject Delete my NoCrumb account. We will delete your account and its contributions within 30 days and reply to confirm. If you sign in with Apple's private relay, tell us in the email and we will verify it another way.

What is deleted

• Your account, including your email address and sign-in details.
• Your display name.
• Your restaurant reviews and review flags.
• Your restaurant suggestions and restaurant reports.
• Your product submissions.
• NoCrumb's access to your Google or Apple sign-in is revoked, so NoCrumb no longer appears as a connected app on your account.

Nothing from your account is kept afterwards, apart from encrypted hosting backups that are overwritten within 30 days and never restored. A restaurant that moderators created from your suggestion may stay in the public directory as a business listing, with no link to you.

Data on your phone

Your profile, scan history, symptom check-ins, meal plan, saved places and any saved AI keys live only on your phone. NoCrumb has no copy of them. The Delete all my data option erases them, as does uninstalling the app.
